Jorge Fitch is a former Mexican Major League Baseball who played from Mexican clubs Tigres, Pericos de Puebla and Broncos de Reynosa in a 10 years spam where he played 1,670 games with 1676 hit with an .272 batting lifetime average .He also played in the Mexican Pacific league with clubs Hermosillo, Obregón and Navojoa during a 9 year span.

He started his managerial carrier in 1972 with Broncos de Reynosa and would later managed Tecolotes de Nuevo Laredo, Pericos de Puebla and 'Alacranes de Durango. He managed 8 years finishing with a record of 829-421 playing 5 playoff series and wining 2 champions with Tecolotes de Nuevo Laredo in 1977 and with Angeles negros in 1979[1]
